Positive: The house and view were great
Negative: We couldn't check in, we had no instructions for the keybox and no answer from the landlord until the day after. Met another couple later in the trip who had the same issue. Waiting around in the dark and rain for an answer. We would have had to cancel the entire booking and found somewhere else to stay at 11pm at night with no guarantee from booking.com for a refund. Won't explain how we finally got into the flat but it could have been a disaster. Also no WiFi for the entire stay.
